Personally, I didn't even climb through all the waves with this toon. I just skipped right to wave 10 by talking to some NPC that I wanted to go to Wave 10. In RS3 this is very easy, not just only possible. It's rs3 the song is called "Pirarte of penance" it takes about 30mins to an hour to get.

Not in RS3. I unlocked it in just 1 second. We don't need to complete wave 10 to get it. It is unlocked at the start of the wave. Yes and i can't get there if i haven't completed the other 9 waves?

"U can buy wave tickets off the ge I'm assuming u don't actually have to kill him so just get 5 wave 10 tickets (or make them but their own) and ask some friends/clan members or anyone that needs the song to help u it's a win win for all"
- Page 2, Post 4 i've tried it doesn't work it wont let me enter the wave 10 room.

You should be able to go in. I got my comp cape and I have only reached Wave 3 by myself.
