'Must' is an overstatement. No matter whether you're talking about xp or obtaining maple logs as a material to process further.

They were fairly mediocre pre rework - not the utter crap higher levelled things were, but certainly no longer as useful as other things out there. And now they're fairly en par to other trees you could cut. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

My point was that maple trees usually is a must for wc training........

The better "must" is the extra tree patch. Essentially, Jagex is giving us all us RS3 players our Powers to add whatever we think is the "must" in our Player Owned Grove.
