They're not worth it to me. Went through the same dilemma back in the day with Woodcutting. Magic trees offered far better xp but took so damn long while Maple, Willows even Yews weres faster and steady. I always opted for whatever gave me the most overall xp. I could stand for hours at Magics and walk away with a pittance of xp while just a couple of hours at any of the other trees and I'd find myself leveling up.

Same for these druids. Not there for the money. Not even there for the xp. Well, to be honest since I thankfully just finished the damn thing I'm not really there at all anymore. But when I was there, the steady stream of seeds I'd pickpocket and zero fail rate were more than enough for me. The high fail rate with knights was just too frustrating and time consuming with little to show for it in the end.

If you don't have crystal mask and light form for Crux Eqal knights then Priff is a much better option. I give my alt a couple of hours afk on the druids every day and don't bother with the knights, they're dead content standing as far as I am concerned

That's not comparable - while it's true, that old core resource spots (mining above iron pre rework, woodcutting above teak (or nowadays acadia), fishing for sharks and everything above medium levelled pickpocketing) are horrible when it comes to experience rates, that's just outright wrong in this case - since you're literally given tools to make them usable - you're just too lazy to cast a spell once every 6 minutes. But yeah - there are methods, that require even less preparation from your side, so nothing wrong to stick to those. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
