InGame clock bug

Does anyone else have a problem with their ingame clock? It's been buggy for me the last weeks and I'm not sure why. Right now it's 10 PM EST, so my clock should be at 3:00, but its actually 2:25 and it's counting the opposite way, going from 2:28 to 2:27, etc.
