Hi, I have the tier 1 talent unlocked and its highlighted green as well indicating its unlocked with no button to click and I meet all requirement for the tier 2 but when I try to unlock tier 2 it says I don't meet the requirements.

I been trying for the past few days now but no luck, tried hoping worlds, relogging, and pretty much everything else I could think off

Do you have talent points and souls left? You need talent points and souls to unlock talents.

Talent points are obtained with combat using the Necromancy combat style, and you gain souls by doing Necromancy Rituals.

You also have to unlock all the lower tier abilities to unlock the higher.

Yes, I have souls and talent points. I only unlocked tier 1 so far so haven't used any of the talent points and souls I have, I am lvl 91 nacro

Did you read what I said. You cannot unlock tier 2 until all tier 1 are unlocked. So make sure you have all of tier 1 unlocked.

yes, unless I am looking at the wrong screen I have already unlocked all of tier 1 and there was only 1.

You are missing the required ectoplasm in your inventory. Get some ectoplasm and you should be able to unlock.

I think you need to gather more souls. The screenshot shows 27 and you need 50. If you click the number 2 over on the left it will show the requirements.
