Having trouble Solomans Store

I was going to get the free item in Soloman's s Store and I keep getting this:

You can't log out at the moment

Please leave the area and try again

Then when I log out and log back in I get this:

Complete Transaction

After you have completed your transaction use the continue button to return to the game

But it didn't take me to Soloman's Store

What's going on? I didn't have this problem last month. And its the same when I try the Marketplace and the actual Soloman's Store at the Grand Exchange.

I want to get the Necro Pack when it comes out on Monday. Brought 3 bonds, plus the 100 runecoins I already have

try submitting an in-game bug report? Things may be looking down now, but I see a light at the end of the tunnel;

Experiencing this as well. Terrible timing if it isn't fixed by the time the upcoming necromancy marketplace pack can be bought.

Try logging out of the game and closing the client/launcher completely, and then accessing the store via the website instead.

Are you still unable to make purchases?
