For the Red, Red Pies of Summer achievement, it currently seems there is a bug in ticking off the relevant steps let alone the achievement itself?

The only things I've brought into the Cook's Guild was a strawberry and watermelon, bought from Grand Exchange and then put into bank, collecting them at the bank inside the Guild.

Have then bought a pot of flour on the ground floor, collected the pie dish and cooking apple on the 1F, went back down to the ground floor, converted the pot of flour into the pastry dough, and went into the area you can only access after completing Varrock Hard achievements (i.e. the corner room separating the main floor and the bank), assembling the pie and cooking it on the range.

Nothing is happening. I've also tried cooking the pie on both ranges on the 1F and even collecting wheat out the back of the Guild before going to the 2F, converting it into flour while collecting the empty pot and jug to then collect and convert the flour to dough that way. Logging out after completing the Hard tasks and then logging back in doesn't affect my ability to meet this task either.

I have 99 Cooking and was wearing Cooking Gauntlets from the Family Crest quest.

Is anyone else experiencing this bug, and if so, when can this be fixed?

If you think you've encountered a bug report submit it ingame. Nothing can be done on the forums and even if we were experiencing the same problem we'd have no idea when it would be fixed.

Here's the directions from the wiki. Perhaps you added the fruit in the incorrect order...

1. Make pastry dough by mixing a pot of flour (is sold in the Guild) with water by using the pot of flour on the Pump and drain.

2. Use the pastry dough on a pie dish (is found in the Guild).

3. Add a strawberry, watermelon, and cooking apple to the shell (in that order).
The cooking apple can be found in the Guild, the rest needs to be brought from outside.
Bake the raw summer pie.
4. The pie must be baked on the range in the Cooks' Guild. Using the Bake Pie spell inside the Cooks' Guild will not count.

I am having the same issue. Won't mark off the steps or give the achievement once completed. I've tried over a dozen times including using all three ranges in the guild, hopping worlds before I start to make sure Romily Weaklax is IN the guild before buying the flour (even tried making my own flour from the wheat patch one time). Only products sourced outside the guild are are strawberries and watermelon, which I've withdrawn from the bank or carried in.

I have reported the bug twice and haven't heard a response from Jagex. Posting just so there can be more visibility of this bug, and to let others dealing with it know they aren't the only ones.

Hope its fixed soon so I can complete my last requirement for Elite Varrock Tasks.

UPDATE:
I was finally able to earn the achievement after following these steps:

1. Withdraw strawberry and watermelon from bank.
2. Buy flour from Romily within the cooking guild (swap worlds if needed)
3. Retrieve jug from top floor
4. Fill jug on first floor at pump and drain
5. Make the pastry dough on the 2nd floor
6. Fill the pie on the 2nd floor
7. Cook the pie on the east stove on the 2nd floor

Perhaps this is the missing link.

Whenever an achievement/Task/Diary requires everything to be done within an area/region/location, I always do it the most primitive way by taking all required items from the bank.
