I m wearing the asylum surgeon's ring and the Scabaras mask.
infront of Menaphos Library - when I wave -Nothing happens ?? is this a bug ??
I tried several locations in that square - https://runescape.wiki/w/Treasure_Trails/Guide/Emotes?section=13&veaction=edit

please help ?

Sure you are wearing the right ring? There's an asylum doctor 's ring and an asylum surgeon 's ring.

If so, probably a bug. Best to report it in-game.

I found out the Hard way - about getting a surgeon ring - Pity Jagex did Not tell us - theres also a - Nurses ring - Undertaker ring - & a - Disorderly Orderly ring !!! but u must kill 5000 monsters - with 30,000,000 combat !! sorry about the Jokes !!!
