Whats the ratio of OSRS and RS3 players?

I forgot about letting my rs membership lapse i'd go to new pricing, more than double the $5/mo i used to pay

a lot of the updates that were being mentioned when i quit (some 400-450 days ago) were either canceled or still delayed
looking back at updates seems there's more mtx and patch updates than actual game updates

i thought about coming back because i'm bored but with the double price increase & lack of updates seems better off playing wow
