I made my first vegan cake the other week and guess what you wouldn't even of known it was vegan, it was moist, rich in flavour, sweet (next time i will only ice it in the middle and sprinkle icing sugar on top to see if that reduces the sweetness of it. But my kids loved it just as much as I did. It had no milk, no eggs, no butter!
