OK, I am sorry but I have been looking literally for hours ( no joke) on how to contact / message / get a hold of/ however you like to put it, it is impossible to find it or how! I am to the point of pulling my hair out @ 2 am. There must be an easy answer to this, seriously, opening a box of Cheerios is easier then what I pay a month for this is, lol. Can someone please tell me or have this company message me so I can send a message back? I rather not here on the forums due to the account information. It is a simple yet unfindable question and answer. Thank you.
