In the final moments of the Hero Pass, I was 500 points away from getting level 122, which would have allowed me the last Hero Points needed in order to get over the 5,000 point spent for the Exiled Guardian Outfit!

This Outfit is one I have been working towards getting since the pass released but with my time split between working and studying I have struggled for time to play. To be so close and seeing the server reset time count down is heartbreaking!

Please, please could you do something in your almighty god mod powers to grant my account access to this as I was so close.

We all had all the opportunitis in RS3 to get everything from the Hero Store, and too bad you missed the boat.

I doubt Jagex would do anything for the miscues of individual players, but if you insist perhaps you could kindly ask the Support Center. Don't count on any good news though. However, since this was the first and last Hero Pass, I think there is a good chance we will see rewards from the Hero Stores accessible in other future content. We just don't know when though, just keep your eyes peeled,
