ahhh you get one from daily's one from doing of the the afk skills in Santa's village like snowballs
and one from talking to the imp next to the letter box
if you miss a day you can get some from the shop in the village :)

I did relog like 10 times. I got the 2 other letters and no option to buy with xmas spirits, its locked. And yes i mixed up the names for the spirit shop :p
