The hardcore ironman highscores here on the RS(3) site lists 183 990 accounts, but that includes those that died.

On the OS site, there's no direct way to go to the last page except for clicking to scroll per 25 accounts, but changing the URL I was able to find the end at page 26185 with 654 619 hcims. Kings Eastwood in
