I am being harassed by a player. Adding them to ignore has not stopped the behavior. They are tracking me using the trail feature after adding me as a friend. They are constantly engaging in minor annoyances and specifically targeting me, as evidenced by chats that I have reported. Please advise.

It is possible to disable the trail feature for other players, if you haven't done so already.

Go to Gameplay Settings -> Chat & Social -> Friends List -> Turn off the "Friend Trail" checkbox.

If they're using a different account to trail you (to bypass the one you know on your ignore list), you can also set your online status to friends-only (the diamond in the upper right your chat box).
That way, if they add you, they won't see you online unless you have them on your friends list as well (which will be very unlikely, unless you unmask a friend you better leave behind). Kings Eastwood in

People can always find a way to follow almost anybody in a social meda/video game. They can always make more new accounts and it is impossible to ignore all of them.

We need to report them, and the likes of Jagex have the Duties of Care to stop them, especially when such target attackers explicitly mentioned they are targeting and calling out certain people. If the Jagex in game moderation turns a blind eye, then it is the time to elevate it to the Head of Jagex's Community or even real life authorities.
