Not keeping Ceremonial swords

Hi,

It's been a while since i notice that every time I finish a perfect sword, I'm just getting the full XP, but not getting or receiving the option to keep the Ceremonial Sword.

I Remember that long, long time ago, i turn a passive effect that, I'll get a chuck of extra XP on smithing in exchange of the sword, but i not able to find the option to toggle it off (and not 100% sure if this option exist). Tried search on Reddit, the Wiki and internet, but I'm not able to find nothing related to this.
And I know for sure that is working, as one of my alts it's keeping the ceremonials swords, so i sure that is something related to account.

Anyway, any suggestions that you give ill appreciate!

From the RS Wiki:

"Upon completing a perfect sword (100% performance), you are awarded a 20% experience bonus and, for iron to rune, Lige will ask if the player wishes to keep the sword as a main-hand or off-hand sword. Opting not to take the sword will not give any extra experience. Upon completing a perfect bronze sword, you are awarded the 20% experience bonus, but you don't get to keep the sword."

The "toggle" seems to be your choice in the conversation with Lige. You have the option to keep the ceremonial sword if it is not bronze, but you won't get extra xp from it regardless you choose to keep it or not.

Thats the issue, after finishing the perfect sword (100% with no mistakes) Lige just puff-off and no conversation or option is given to me, at least in this account, because in my alt it's happening exactly as you says: Linge offer me the sword or the off-hand variant sword.

I was trying to remember where's was this "toggle" last night, i vaguely remember be related to divination maybe? at the "Memorial to Guthix" D&D where you have some passive effects, but already checked on the Wiki of the passive buff or the previous changes the minigame had, also double checked on game, but nothing.

Now, the sword itself it is not important to me to be honest, but the fact i can't remember where this option is or not know the answer its driving me crazy :@
