I encountered this message while in combat, This ability requires additional payment. I have been a member for a while now, and I have never seen that message before. Is it a bug I need to report??

It's possible that this is a message intended for F2P players attempting to use a P2P ability, in which case your seeing it is definitely a bug, and should be reported as such.

If that is the case, then that message makes no sense at all and should be changed.
