Hey, is it possible to purchase this pack without 1 month membership for F2P players who don't want to become one? If not, can someone urge with the Jagex team to change this?
I'd like to get it just without becoming a member.

The action or process of causing so much damage to something that it no longer exists or cannot be repaired.

Why would you want that when you are not member? It takes no time to get to level 20.
