The option to get them back from lady grey does not exist. (at least not by me) which is part of the bug that makes it impossible to complete the quest.

I checked the wiki before i destroyed them, so i would know where to reclaim them.

If you think you have encountered a bug apparently only happening to you, then you need to file a bug report.

If you are asking for further help from the RSOF community, I believe screenshots of your dialogues with Lady Grey will help us to help you.

I have the same problem, firstly the spirit of the rhythm doesn't speak to me to start the final part of the quest, secondly I destroyed the drumstick to see if there was a bug with it but the lady doesn't give me the option to recover it.

after i got my drumsticks i talked to lady grey.. then i took drumsticks out on boat and found the actual drums with them.

I bet you have to get to that part before lady grey will give drumsticks back.

my guess is you may have to kill hermode again to get the drumsticks again.

I do not ever remember talking to the drummer. Im almost 100 percent sure that Lady Grey does all the talking and that the drummer never says a word. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

It's absolutely ridiculous that it can take over 60 boss fight kills to obtain a required quest item of otherwise no intrinsic value. Quests can be challenging but they shouldn't be infuriating. Whosever idea that was should be fired immediately and everyone else involved in designing this quest should be docked a months pay for not pointing out how effing stupid that idea was.

why do people jump to "be fired immediately" its such an extreme reaction.

docking a months pay would be illegal in this instance

For people who do a lot of PvM combat, that is probably true.

However, a large proportion (including myself) of the questing community (i.e. those people whose main interest in RS is the lore) are not expert or even necessarily experienced PVM'ers - and we object to Jagex trying to force us into this role.

Either you do not know what AFK means or you've forgotten that Hemroids spawns two minions that make him immune from damage until they are killed. Coupled with the fact that you can only use Necromancy (the weakest combat still in the game) certainly does not make this boss AFK. Still I could usually kill him in 3 minutes of less... which means that getting 60 kills took me about 3 hours. 5 times longer then it took me to complete the entirety of the rest of the quest. To obtain a worthless quest item. So, yea. I stand by my statement, who ever decided this was a good idea should be fired.
