RS3 went to Gamejam last month and released this information:

These are just merely Gamejam project, not the main Jagex assigned projects.

We even see Mod Shrike returning to Jagex and working on RS3.

How come nobody talked about more Jmods (regardless they are actually new Jagex Mods) added to the RS3 team?

All those are ninja-sized fixes besides the Dagganoth Matriach quest. Game Jam content is not guaranteed to come out in the first place, and it already looks like Mod Shogun's slice of the jam isn't going to come out due to his absence.

Mod Keeper "bit the dust" from OSRS and switched to RS3 as its current Executive Producer.

"Mod Keeper is the Executive Producer for RuneScape at Jagex[1]. He was initially hired as a Technical Executive Producer, working across the entire studio to aid in technical initiatives and leading some of the technical outsourcing projects.[2] He was also a Lead Producer for Old School RuneScape before becoming the Executive Producer for RuneScape, succeeding Mod Warden."

There have also been many Jmods like Mod Krista who moved from department to department, and last returned to RS3 from OSRS.

Jmods "bit" the dust often, regardless they are from RS3 or OSRS or neither.
