Thanks for your reply. A couple of months ago, when the Citadel became dilapidated, I had 5 members visit and got double the normal resources for everything (just in case!), then at the tick my t5 Citadel returned to its normal state.
Do I really have to go through the motions, which I did a number of years ago, to build up the Citadel again? That’s impossible! It was hard enough to get any members back then and I ended up making about 15 new member accounts to make up the shortfall, but now it’s much worse player wise. If that’s the case, I won’t bother with the Citadel anymore :( .
The Stronghold and the Battlefield are t5 and the Obelisk, Loom and Woodcutting are t4. It is just the Mining, Kiln and Furnace which are t1 but despite doing everything I thought I needed to, the Citadel is not returning to normal. Please help, I’m tearing my hair out! >.<

Having the Citadel at T5 but with the mine, kiln and furnace at T1 doesn't sound right at all.
If you are dilapidating, then all plots would reduce equally.

Have you tried adding those plots to the build list and upgrading them to t2 ? if so did it work ?


I'll add you and see if we can come to a solution by discussing it in game
