A fix was released for disbanding clans last week (28 May) :

It sounds like you clicked the red X in the window to remove it from your interface.

To enable the tab again, you'll need to open it from the Community tab on your ribbon:


Additionally, it sounds like you've enabled Always On Mode. This can be disabled here:

I've noticed that some clans have colorful clan event announcements, but whenever I try to announce a clan event it's just white and says who is broadcasting it. It looks so much cleaner when it highlights it in a teal color and says: [clan name] event will be starting in 1 hour, etc., etc.. How do I get my broadcasts to do this? I've tried broadcasting it from the citadel noticeboard, the clan camp one, via clan chat noticeboard with no luck. Is there a setting toggle that I'm missing?
