Clan Leader Forum Access

Hello there!

The Clan Leader Forum is a place for leaders of experienced clans to have direct contact with the Community Management team who support RuneScape3. The reason why the forum is hidden and by application only is so that leaders can speak freely to us and ensure that only experienced leaders are admitted.

To ensure that we have the experienced clans and their leaders, there is a brief application process that will be reviewed on a regular basis. The basics for what we would call an experienced clan is at least 6 months active and over 50 members however this 'requirement' isn't set in stone and can be moved on a number of exceptional circumstances. Given the focus of the CLF on RS3 clan functionality and communication we only accept applications from RS3 clans at this time.

Once the application has been reviewed there will be one of three outcomes:

1) Your application has been successful you will find you now have access to The Clan Leader Forum withing the Specialist Forum Section.
2) Your application has been declined, a message will be sent to the player who submitted the application or a reply will posted on the thread explaining why and when they should reapply.
3) We need more information in order to review the application, a message will be sent to the player who submitted the application or a request made on thread. Once received, one of the two outcomes above will take place.

Forum QFC: (if you use an offsite forum, type 'offsite')

By posting this application, you agree that all information is correct and up to date. If information is found to be intentionally falsified the application will be denied.

When is my application going to get reviewed?

We try to review the applications at least once a month but due to other work constraints this isn't always possible.
I've just created/reborn a clan, should I post an application?

We're looking for experienced clans to take part in the Clan Leaders forum and as such, due to your clan being in it's infancy, we would expect you to apply in 6 months if you're continuing to go strong.
How many representatives can we have from our clan?

We only allow 2 representatives per clan to ensure that there is a fair balance amongst all clans and that they have an equal voice. If your clan has more than 2 leaders or people you would like to represent, please pick 2 and put those in your application.
I'm the leader of a group for a particular D&D or our clan doesn't live in the clan forums, can I still apply?

While the Clan Leader forum isn't for Combat or Skilling clans only, we will have to review the situation and benefit that you and your group would bring to the forum. These groups are a great community initiative that should be supported in other ways, given the Clan Leader Forums focus on Clan related issues.

I was never sent any message. I did post my application 2 times so far, and nothing. I understand it could have been unsuccessful because of the criteria, but the first post state there will be an explanation in a form of in-box message, when there isn't.

I'm assuming my application got declined. So I would like to ask how will our D&D group be *Supported* in other ways?
