My best advice atm:

Underline and / or Bold your Post Info:
Clan Application
Clan Application


Also: your QFC link on the first post, say (your clan's name, Recruitment thread)
instead of the numbers ;)

Put the post header on all the posts ;)

Use colour and bold to Focus people's attention on what you want,
Fill the posts a bit more, Not just a couple lines on 1 post.


Put in your Goals for the clan,
Some Background on yourself as the owner perhaps.

Make the people reading your thread Intrigued in the clan,
Then they will Join :)
