Hello,
I Read over your thread and Here are my suggestions


I Think you would do well to Give your posts more space,
Instead of having it Paragraph followed by Paragraph.

Maybe give it some more space,
Or add in a few Bullet points that connect 1 section to the next.

If people look at your thread,
and Just see a wall of text it puts them off of joining your clan.



There are many ways to get your point out in a clear and concise way,
(1 way is by bolding your important points).


If people will glance at your thread,
and get the idea of it and it intrigues them then they will read more.


Your goal is to draw them in ,
so they do give the time to read more of what you have to say.

I think it would help you (If your goal is to Expand the clan, and recruit more people)
to Make a recruitment thread in the Open section of the forums.


But, Im not sure what your goal is
So I Will just offer advice on the thread you asked.

Advice:

Expanding your introduction,
and including some Clan History and Goals could make it look better.

Breaking up some Text groups,
and creating Points or Paragraphs could also make it easier to read.

Make some of your posts more "To the point", rather than being a long read.
(If you can accurately provide the information you want)



For your useful threads, Perhaps give an idea of what it would help with?
A Short explanation could help.



And for your Admin Rules / Guidelines,
Creating a seperate thread for that could help?

A More Admin specific area,
where they can also ask some questions or discuss things if needed?
