Terihama - It migth be. I've been told it's Arabic, but i'm actually from Europe. ;)
Cas Shern - there's no real list of who is the best artist because everyone has their own style. When ranking artists was still common, I'd have a lot of low ransk but also high. Also, like I states in the rules, I don't personally believe that art is something you can teach. It's just a skill that is born with, such as singing. I've tried to teach someone I even know in real life how to draw, and that was hard enough. Maybe it's just my poor teaching skills, but I'm sorry, I don't think you'd be using your time wisely to ask me to teach you. If you want some good advice, here's a pretty good thread to get you started:
