Yeah, that thread was locked a few weeks after I made this post.

From my observations, this issue started around January 2018. Unfortunately, the reply from Mod Lyon on that thread is still the most recent update we have from Jagex about Clan Banners. Hopefully, they'll get around to fixing them soon. ~ Sicariu

And this is why I can't fix my clans banner, want to change the color of 1 item but if i do then rip.

This needs to be fixed asap, especally with mobile coming.

They broke clan vex's today though... Lost Woods numba 1, (NOT EE, Those scrubs are liars ;p)
