Hi!
I don't know if this is the right place to ask and if its not please forgive me.
I'm currently staff of a new created clan 'Gilded Cabbages' and we are having a banner update issue.
I'm trying to sort this banner since we created the clan, Its simply not updating on the runescape clan pages.
Here's what it looks like in game (correct banner)
Here's what it looks like on Runescape pages
I don't know if its a bug or not, but I reported a bug about it ingame with the clan's name and all but since we dont have a answer I'm asking here for suggestions or what else I should do to fix it
Thank you in advance!
Just a small town girl

Frankly we're super busy with ... literally everything.. right now, hence why we haven't replied sooner.
The problem is a caching issue on our side not refreshing the banner, unfortunately there's not a solution I can give you that I'm aware of. Further, this isn't something that's going to be fixed for some time.
If there are any more updates or I'm corrected by another JMod I'll let you know. Until then I'm afraid its something you're going to have to grin and bear.
So we are supposed to have this default banner on clan page until they decide to fix it? We depend on that banner to update to fix our runeclan (fansite) page and stuff.
We need this banner to update... I send the bug report with the name in it already, ingame and the webpage reports... I can't actualy believe this is one of those "Sit and Swallow" problem.
hey my clan has the same isue with the clan banner and since runeclan depends on rs3 website cash + api it cant update so basicly were f+++ked until it gets fixxed ?
This issue needs to be addressed. Clans are a very integral part of the game and deserve just as much attention and maintenance as other aspects of the game, regardless of workload. While I can respect and appreciate that certain updates may take a front seat, we should not be sitting on something such as this for an extended period of time. It should have been addressed within a month of being reported, and regular updates on what is being done to repair the issue should be made to the public if an immediate fix cannot be found.
Jagex, please look into getting this taken care of.
