Attempts have been made to have such a place created.
Unfortunately, there's no way to support it when somebody can pose as another player, then breach the security the same way.
EDIT: It's comments like the ones above this one that make people look even more power-craved than they originally seemed.

It has already, I just read a thread where Assassin (USED to be respected.) Is simply stating he is leaving the RSB. Well what do you know, 6 pages of flames from a clan called TR. Why. Why? Why. If RSB went 1 week without flaming, it would be an apocalypse.
@Reb Not entirely true, as we only have to tell certain people.
