Is the clan avatar ment for use to all clan member's..even those that aren't in their home world//or is it just percifially for clan home worlds.. for no where on the rules and forums do I see "Avatar's Usage for Clan Home Worlds Only"? To me.. if your clan can't share in building cit benfits,(the avatar) just cause one not in the home clan world, it's being discriminated, the benifits should be shared by all..not just home world clansmens
I know it can't go into the runespan with a player, but i've seen people getting the xp bonus from a clan avatar while in there. However I couldn't make mine work while I was in there, even after asking a clan mate to summon it for me, and I made sure I had the buffs active.
Can you please tell me how to do that?

Really nice talking to you earlier and thanks for giving me permission to use this information on the clan forum.
Just one thing we just got our avatar today. I set it to the 20% boost to resourses as thought this would help us to t2 quicker. I'm really hopeing im correct
. When i clicked to add another buff it says that we need to be a higher citadel. So that means we have to wait for t2 to add another buff? Unfortunately my decision has made some of the others a little annoyed. My thinking is we should be t2 at next build tick so its only waiting another 7 days *sighs*. The joys of clan leadership
.
Edit: As you know we have both given yourself and your clan credit. I think this is really helpfull information to any clan that is not sure of avatar stuff =).
If one gives empathy and solace the the world is a better place

You need a higher tier to get more buffs, but to get more buffs you need to rebuild the avatar habitat, they can't be added to an existing avatar ( as far as i know).
With respect to the citadel resource boost, it helps each individual clan member to collect resources quicker, but the cap is still the same amount, so you don't collect more. Only that each resource you collect is worth more than it would be without the boost.
So where , for example you need collect 1000 resources to cap in a week, with each resource being counted as 1, with the boost ( assuming it is 20%0, each resource counts as 1.2 resources meaning that the cap is reached more quickly. The number of resources collected with the boost is therefore 20% less than without it, and that means less xp, since XP is calculated on each resource gathered, not on how much the resource counts for.
Not sure I explained that clearly :s but basically the boost means quicker gathering but less xp, without the boost its slower but you get more xp.
