You were the first to know that I was going to leave if we didn't work things out with Jor, and when I spoke to him myself to try to work through it and he said he wasn't sure if he even wanted to try to make things work.

You can always just leave this place and organize a community that actually has a chance. I promise you Jor is not the center of World 60.

And frankly, if I were you all, that's the route I would take.

What were you asking of me?

You asked, "Do you wanna set all of this behind and work to better the community, or am I leaving? " After minutes of silence, you inquired once more. I replied with, "I am undecided." and then you took it upon yourself to leave.

So, the real question is, what were you really asking me to do?

You were asking me to set aside and sacrifice my own values, principles and what I held true, foregoing everything that I had originally envisioned for this community to be..in order to pursue what you had in mind; ultimately deluding and destroying everything I had dedicated time to achieving. I've spent the past five years working up the confidence to leave the PoC community, and finally in the past year and a half I did. I fought for this, argued a plethora of pointless arguments, attempted to dispell every opposition and foe that presented itself; only to see everything I had so long worked for to come crashing down. No, I will not allow it. If you wish to leave, then leave.

My disposition remains unchanged. I've come too far to simply give up and move on. Everything will be rebuilt once more. This coalition needs only clans, nay, nations , willing to take upon themselves the mantle and preserve the concept. If I must, I will train new leaders, create new /nations/, and together we will seed a new generation of leaders born of the very ideals upon which this community was founded. We find ourselves at the end of our amusements.

To be honest Pax; I've never really liked the whole concept of "communities". Unless you're a clan mainly concerned with warring - and last I checked those died out years ago - then making a discussion thread for clans on the same world achieves the same goals a community would.
