Cannot enter the Fisher realm Thread is locked

Hello, I would really appreciate if a mod or someone could help me with this.

I completed the Holy Grail quest on my ironman account, however afterwards I dropped the holy napkin and magic whistle and now I have no way of returning to the fisher realm. My ironman has some restrictions, and one of them makes it impossible for me to complete fairytale quest to have access to fairy rings. Therefore, I now cannot complete hard clue steps that involve me going to the fisher realm, even though I have completed the holy grail quest. This seems counterintuitive, as I have completed the ingame content which allows me access to this location, however due to a silly mechanic I no longer can return. I would recreate my account, however I have already logged many hours into it and it would feel horrible to do so.

Thanks for any help!

Edit: I am an OSRS player, not RS3.

Have you activated the Quest Item Storage chest at May's Quest Caravan? If so, the whistle should be stored there for you.

If not, you should be able to obtain a new holy table napkin by speaking to Galahad, which will them allow you to pick up a new magic whistle on the top floor of Draynor Manor.

Sorry, I assumed that, as this is part of the RS3 Forums, you were asking about RS3.

This part in theory should still work for you in OSRS, as the quest and the quest items in both versions is still the same.

Although the OSRS Wiki is confusing on this point as the page for the magic whistle says "If lost after the quest, another may be obtained in the same manner as during the quest", yet the page for the holy table napkin says "Once the Holy Grail is finished, it cannot be reobtained if dropped."

The RS3 wiki does not show any updates to these items since the quest was released in RS Classic back in 2002.

Thanks for the response. I unfortunately tried talking to Galahad, and you cannot receive the item back after you finish the quest. Is there someone I can talk to about this to fix this? I feel like this is a mistake in the game, as I previously stated its absurd that I can't access previous game content that I unlocked.
