Not receiving Shark Fragments

I have checked Django, my bank
I have logged into F2P and then P2P

I have stayed logged in for a hour now and have been fishing but not receiving any shark fragments.

I talked to master fisher and he said I am set up to receive them.

Any idea why I am not receiving shark fragments? Jerry
