So i have invigorating 4 on my pants - would it at all benefit me to have precise 6 invigorating 1 on my weapon FSOA?

Can invigorating perks stack or is rank 4 the max obtainable across all gear?

You would get the effect of Precise 6, but Invigorating 1 should be swapped for something else in this scenario.

Most perks, including Invigorating, don't stack - when you have more than one of the same perk, the highest-level perk gets priority.
