Missing Prime Gaming Rewards

I claimed the Currency Pack and Umbral Chest but neither of them showed up. I was able to claim the last reward with no problems and I even unlinked and relinked my account with no luck.

Has it arrived yet?

Sometimes it can take a little while to appear, and if your inventory is full, I believe the chest is held back until you have room in your inventory.

Post back if you're still having problems.
