Decorated urns doesnt work?

I dont know if i'm doing something wrong or its just a bug or something.

But i've got 5 decorated woodcutting urn (r) and 5 decorated cooking urns (r) But when i carry them with me and start cooking items, or chopping trees. They wont fill. It doesnt matter if i chop normal logs or elder trees. It just doesnt fill for some reason. While my divination and runecrafting urns work totally fine so far (which are also decorated) Any suggestions what could cause this problem?
