I just had a similar experience.
I was hunting butterflies, and got hunter marks at a regular interval. Then, after visiting the GE, I came back, and it took more than half an hour to get the first hunter mark. After that they came in regularly again.

I think bug reports should be sent ingame - maybe Jagex doesn't realize the issue - and if it IS intended -well they need to fix that 23 200ms. Founder of Jamandy52 skilling clan. Favorite skill: Construction. Love skilling. Love minigames.

I too have been hunting Black warlocks for my hunter marks, (not afk i add) and to begin with i got steady but regular hunter marks, but this suddenly dropped down to nothing for over an hour and now iv just given up. I do not mind working for something if there is something to gain out of it but to sit for over an hour and not get anything is just soul destroying and pointless. Please sort out the drop rate.
