If I were to make a Runecrafting guide I would not teleport to Castle Wars to bank because of the following:
I: Too many people bank there for runecrafting...
II: It is better to teleport to Daemonheim with your Ring of Kinship because you won't have to worry about weilding another ring....
III: It is just easier! :P :)
P.S. I'm currently going for 99 Runecrafting and I need all of the support I can from anyone and please just take a couple seconds too come and support to me on my thread. TY ;)
