Very nice and accurate. All of those little things you posted do make a difference in the long run, so it was good that you commented on those small things. All thought I am not here to get 99 RC and do it the most efficient way possible, I do have 57+ Summoning and 44+ RC so if I want quick RC experience, I know what to do. Thanks for this guide, I am sure it will help others.

So I just tried out Graahk Rcing today for my first time and got approximately 4376 Nats in my first hour. This wasn't horrible, but I have heard people aiming for 7k an hour and am not really sure what I'm doing wrong.
My typical run:
-Start at Cwars bank, bank at chest with fully organized bank and inventory and fill Giant, Large, and Medium pouches
-Teleport with Graahk, taking care to use the speed boost and run around the forestry to save time
-Click on altar when it appears on screen and teleport inside, crafting runes just about immediately
-Have screen for ring of dueling ready to teleport back and do again
I don't understand what I could possibly be doing wrong. I have the mouse set to max speed and changed it to focus on the details so it's more accurate but loses some speed and yeeeah. Any help would be appreciated!

It takes time to get faster, banking for someone who is fast usuall takes about 3 seconds.
Calling your Graahk helps (read guide for more details)
Once in the altar click the ground (you run faster in).
Use for function keys (read more on guide).
