How can I stop getting these fragments, please? I keep getting these fragments from bird nests, but I already have a complete hatchet (augmented) and one in the bank. RS Wiki wasn't very helpful in this question... My second maxed char in Runescape. Played since 2001 :)

It seems you can't. Found a Reddit post where it's suggested you have more than 1 augmented hatchets though (for different perks)..refined, furnace, fortune.

Did you try chatting with Oak at your fort's grove to see if there's a toggle to turn off hatchet fragments.
