Hello guys!

I was playing as usual and all of a sudden I got a ban for bot boosting on my account (1 day ban) which was super weird so I appealed. Then I received a e-mail from [email protected] dot com IT IS THE OFFICIAL E-MAIL
DON`T YOU DARE SAY IT IS PHISING[/firebrick]
saying:

Thanks for contacting us to appeal your ban for the account with the login ****** and the character name Santinh0.

In your appeal you've indicated that you're not sure why you've been banned. I can confirm that your offence was actually related to macroing.

Many third party software websites and applications contain keyloggers, trojans and viruses which can put your personal details at risk. Macroing also detracts from the intended experience of RuneScape by offering an unfair advantage to those that use them. Learn more.

The good news is I'm pleased to let you know that we identified a period of unusual activity around the time of the offence, and have removed any which occurred during this time as we believe they weren't committed by the account owner.

It does appear that your account security may still be at risk, so as a precautionary measure I've secured your account to prevent any unauthorised access. It should only take a few minutes to unlock your account before you can jump back into game.

My nightmare starts now, this account have more than 12yo and it has a specific login which I still have and it has more than one account synchronized. I am only able to change the password of my account attached to the e-mail, the one attached to my user login is locked and I just find out that jagex do not provide any costumer support. I just need to talk to someone to have this mess done.

Hey

To clear out some confusion here - someone else has been playing on your account, which would have led to a temporary and a permanent macroing ban if I understand correctly.
Even if an email address looks correct, it can still be spoofed by a scammer!

If you haven't already, I recommend securing your device and email

Jagex is not able to change players passwords.
They applied a security lock on your account to let you, the creator recover it - if you're not getting any password reset emails for the account, you will need to submit an account recovery request. You can do so by clicking Reset your password -> Contact Jagex support

Fill in the recovery request with as early information about your account
Jagex will send you news to the contact email you add into the form
Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
