I've done all of the above several times over this is why I'm here I simply cannot complete this quest my concentration just cannot keep up with it even with some giving me help next to me... with all the time & money I've spent on this game I think id get some actual in game help from staff to ease my frustration.

Hopefully you've done it by now but don't forget you can do some really weird things to try and help you out, first off, for things like clue scrolls you can always use software like the Alt-1 Toolkit, though not endorsed by Jagex it is a helper that can help you with clue scrolls as you play the game merely by reading them off of your screen. Jagex have confirmed it is not something you can be banned for so this may help you with that side of the game.

I'd also like to note, perhaps it's worth trying to note, perhaps try the clue scroll regardless of finishing the quest - most NPCs will only focus on the clue scroll (in my experience) if you carry one with you and they're the NPC you need. Unless it is a person or area you need to complete/partially complete a quest to access, it should be fine.


Regarding the quest, though it's been a while since I did it perhaps something like a timer might help? 20 seconds on each person so both bars are filled equally? I'm not sure.

If attention is your issue, perhaps scroll out as far as possible, remove all distractions on screen, set it to fullscreen and have a birds eye view with your screen able to see both characters (or as much as possible) on it at once so that you can see where your attention is most needed.
