I am relatively new to this game, and I am working on the Stolen Hearts novice quest. I am stuck, due to a bug, apparently. I am in the diamond room and I fiddled around with the weights before reading the scroll. Now, when I click on the weights to arrange them and select one, I just get a message stating that I must move one of the weights so there is an empty space. I have no access to the pop-up window that allows me to move them. I have tried resetting it, but that does nothing. I have tried logging out and logging back in to see if that will reset it. It does not.
Please help me! I would like to finish this quest.
