I'm having issues with Azzandara's quest, after completing desperate creatures quest I went to start Azzandara's quest. I went to the location where he is meant to be and he isn't there. Is this a bug? Any solutions to this?

According to your RuneMetrics page, you still have additional quests to complete before you are eligible to start Azzanadra's Quest.
