I am looking for some help with the Dark Lord. I have tried several times (20+) to defeat him even for the first time and am having no success. I have read the wiki which does not provide any useful details as far as I can see.

Any ideas or walkthrough suggestions would be appreciated.

It's been awhile since I've done this and my memory isn't what it used to be. However I swear there was a way to safe spot the dark lord from across the bridge by farcasting or is that no longer possible.
