How do I prestige (divination)

I don’t understand how to prestige. I have completed the tutorial with Orla, run around and collected each engram, checked them all some I placed on the plinths myself, and the rest I individually handed to Orla, who says she is adding them as echoes. However when I try to hand her the memories I have accumulated (just over 9,000 now) Orla says I haven’t handed in enough engrams. I tried to recollect them, but they are not there anymore, just a little message appears on my screen. I notice that only engrams I placed on the plinths are showing up on the plinths, the ones I handed to Orla do not. Obviously I have done something wrong. How do I fix it.

I’ve figured it out thanks, I had missed one engram! Now everything is working.
