HSR and Arch Luck Relics?

Hello,


I know that HSR and Arch relics for luck do not stack, per se, however, if I were to activate a LOTD relic from the T4 hand of glory, would that cap me at T4 luck and render my HSR useless? or would I still get Hazelmere's luck as well?

HSR and LOTD both have T4 Luck. Luck is capped at T4. However, wearing HSR will still provide the chance to double your drop. Thank you very much. So essentially if I am in a situation where I can't wear my HSR, I will use the relic to keep the luck afloat.
