Bank forgets note mode.

Help! Does anyone have this issue?
When i open bank, it is always set to withdraw unnoted. Everyone (well, one guy so far really) i asked said their bank remembers bank note withdrawal mode. Is there any way I could fix this issue?

I'd love for bank to remember previous way I withdraw items - noted or Unnoted, and be set to that when i open it next.

Maybe that one guy simply misunderstood me, and that's how it works for everyone? It bothers me way beyond what's reasonable, but I hope there's a solution to my issue.
