Quest Bugged and cant finish

During Garden of Tranquility i got all the plants, planted them, fully grew them in the garden and was done getting all the things, then logged off. Now im back online, everything is not showing up, but when i examine, it is as if it were still there, but it wont let me go fetch the King and finish the quest. What to do?

UPDATE: Teleported out of render distance seemed to fix it. Closed
