F2P HCIM Atk. and Str. Advice

Hi, as the title says, I'm a F2P HCIM player trying to find the best mob(s) that I should be training on for the fastest XP. Currently I am combat level 78, my Attack level is 55 and my Strength level is 58. I am farming hill giants which I am able to take down quickly. I love the drops (lots of runes so I can later train Magic), but the XP seems slow. My question is, is there better F2P mobs that I should be training on? I appreciate any advice.
